About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving marketing strategy across all agency brands, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, particularly in the oncology sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customer, competition, and brand, and the ability to translate this into a compelling narrative and actionable recommendations for clients. The VP will be responsible for monitoring industry trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic deliverables such as competitive analysis, brand positioning, and market research synthesis. A core aspect of the position is the ability to distill complex information and uncover novel insights, and the candidate should be passionate about developing innovative ideas and sharing perspectives clearly and persuasively. Applicants for the Vice President, Strategy position at the company should have 5-8 years' of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare, or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, with a preference for those with a background in oncology brands.
