Cath Lab Technologist

Location: Washington State

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift: 4x10 Hours (06:30 - 17:00)

Job Description: The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. The role requires expertise in monitoring and assisting in various procedures, including but not limited to PCI, structural heart interventions, and electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic procedures including PCI, stents, balloon angioplasty, and more.
• Assist with structural heart interventions such as TAVR and Watchman procedures.
• Conduct electrophysiology evaluations and assist with device implantation.
• Monitor patient status and accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record system.
• Maintain sterile field procedures and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations, approximately one call day per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or CCI RCIS.
• Must hold a Washington State Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Certified Interventional Specialist (CIS) license.
• Experience in rhythm interpretation preferred.
