HR Data Analyst

• Analyze HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize workforce insights
• Partner with HR leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain and monitor HR data quality and integrity across systems
• Support HR data governance initiatives and reporting standards
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for workforce planning and organizational changes
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams on system integrations and data alignment
• Train stakeholders on reporting tools, metrics, and data interpretation
• Assist with automation and development of advanced analytics capabilities

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience with HR data analytics and workforce metrics
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Workday, or similar data visualization tools
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Experience analyzing HR data (talent acquisition, retention, performance, engagement)
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality practices
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, or IPO-readiness processes
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and secure data exchange processes
• Experience building predictive analytics models
• Background supporting HRIS systems and workforce planning initiatives
• Experience creating training materials or enabling self-service reporting
