Data & Reporting Analyst (Contract)

Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour
Contract Duration: July – November
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights? We're seeking a Workday HR Data & Reporting Analyst for a July through November contract assignment . This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional with strong Workday reporting expertise to build impactful HR dashboards, automate reporting processes, and provide leadership with meaningful workforce insights.

What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements and design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports across HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Develop reliable, accurate, and cross-validated reports for data research, troubleshooting, audits, and compliance.
• Create and manage HR dashboards and recurring reports that provide leadership with actionable workforce metrics.
• Ensure reporting aligns with data privacy standards and secure delivery practices.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop reporting solutions and improve analytics capabilities.
• Research and resolve data quality issues while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of HR data.
• Enhance reporting processes through automation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new reporting tools.
• Prioritize and manage multiple reporting requests while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Bring

• Required: Workday Report Writer experience.
• Experience with Workday PRISM Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and translating HR data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
