As an In-Market D2D Sales Representative, you'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting in assigned neighborhoods to meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Prospect neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.

• Build relationships through professional, face-to-face conversations.

• Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home improvement solutions.

• Guide customers through the complete sales process.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.

• Represent ProBid Construction professionally in the community.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset

• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting homeowners

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Door-to-door, outside sales, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience

• Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience

• Home improvement or construction industry experience

• Strong relationship-building skills
