Compensation: 15000-18000 Responsibilities: What You'll Do * Performs initial legal intake with prospective clients wishing to retain the firm. * Schedules consultations for qualified leads. * Completes accurate data entry and maintains all required information in the firm CRM. * Conducts follow-up communications with prospective clients. * Provides intake reporting and administrative support related to client acquisition. * Assists with special projects, as needed. Qualifications: What You'll Bring * A genuine desire to help people during difficult times. * Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak. * Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar). * The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have * Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you're eager to learn. * A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
