Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time entry-level Human Resources Director.TheHR Directoris responsible for performing all essential Human Resources functions and overseeing the payroll process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and process the records for hours worked by employees at the facility. Assist new employees with the requisite forms necessary to set up payroll records, master employment files, and electronic records in timekeeping and HR/Payroll system. Help employees understand and enroll in the company’s benefits programs. Confidentially maintain employee records/personnel files. Maintain accurate new hire orientation, training and development documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform a variety of administrative services to perform and support all Human Resources functions. All other duties as assigned.
