Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities Source and engage qualified candidates across job boards and LinkedIn Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system Build the talent pipeline supporting National Ramp's business Help shape hiring plans, attract strong candidates, and guide recruiting from first conversation through offer acceptance Requirements 5+ years of experience in corporate internal recruiting or high-volume recruiting in a growth company Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach tools Experience partnering with hiring managers, including frontline managers and department heads, to align on candidate profiles Proven ability to drive intake, calibration, interview coordination, and offer coordination end to end Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting scheduling tools, and recruiting reporting dashboards Experience using AI platforms to support recruiting workflows Eligibility to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination, while effectively partnering with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
