This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources while working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Job Responsibilities TheRecruitingCoordinatorsupportsthefullcycleoftherecruitmentprocessincludingschedulingandconductinginterviews,pre-employmentappointments,conductingbackgroundchecks,andmaintaininganapplicantdatabase.WillParticipateintheinterviewprocessandoutreachactivities. Serveasthemainpointofcontactforcandidatesthroughouttheinterviewprocess,thisincludesmeetingwithprospectivecandidate. Responsibleforensuringallrecruitmentmaterials(bothphysicalanddigital)arecontinuallyupdatedtoreflectthemostup-to-datepoliciesandprocedure. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and schedules across hiring managers and stakeholder. Managejobpostings,pipelineupdates,andcandidatetrackingwithinourapplicanttrackingsystem. Supportrecruiterwithsourcingefforts,resumescreening,andinitialoutreach. Prepareofferletters,assistwithbackgroundchecks,backgroundclearancesandsupportonboardingstep. Oversee the twice-per-month NewHireOrientationcoordination.Thisincludescollaboratingcross-functionallywiththeTraining&Developmentdepartmentonschedules,materialspreparation,andnewhirecheck-in. Helporganizehiringevents,careerinitiatives,andinternalrecruitmentprogram. Maintainaccuratedata,reporting,anddocumentationtoensuresmoothoperation. Mustbeastrongrelationship-builderwithbothhiringteamsandcandidate. Attendweeklystakeholdermeeting. JobRequirements Bachelor’sdegreepreferredinrelevantfield. Extremeattentiontodetailrequired. Abilitytohandlemultipleprioritieswithprofessionalismandattentiontodetail. Ateam-orientedmindsetandawillingnesstolearn.
