Overview Geriatric Advance Practice Provider role in value-based care model. Monday-Friday, no weekends or evenings schedule. Salaried role with strong annual quality-based bonus. Patient panel across Denton, Aubrey, Lewisville, Carrollton areas with 30-45 min patient visits seeing approx. 6-9 patients per day. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs. Qualifications Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located Federal DEA License/eligibility Geriatric training/experience preferred Active CPR/BLS Certification Board Certification Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
