Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Succasunna, NJ. The ideal candidate will assist customers with product selection, process orders, and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting masonry and hardscape materials based on their needs.
• Process orders, quotes, and invoices efficiently.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in masonry, hardscape, or construction materials preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business training is a plus.
