Loan Officer Assistant

We're hiring for our growing team and accepting applications for Loan Partners . You support the Loan Officer and keep files moving. You handle client intake and applications in Arive, run credit, manage pre-approvals and pre-approval letters, prep files through escrow and processing, and keep borrowers and agents updated at every milestone. Strong organization and active, documented communication are the job. Qualifications Active NMLS license (required) 3+ years of mortgage, loan servicing, or sales experience Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan programs Excellent oral, written, listening, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once Tech-savvy with loan origination systems (Arive a plus) Professional, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Helpful for Loan Partners Loan processing or file-management background Experience preparing files for underwriting and escrow Comfort coordinating between borrowers, agents, and processors In-house positions — no remote option.
