Grease Monkey Canal Winchester (Store #1148) is a proud Veteran-Owned franchise located at 5656 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead our certified pit crew and drive the success of our fast-paced automotive service center. This is a working manager role. You will be on the shop floor performing oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations while leading a team of 4-6 technicians, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every shift. 
- Perform conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil changes to manufacturer specifications - Inspect and service brake systems including pad replacement, rotor inspection, and drum brake service - Perform tire rotations using correct patterns for FWD, RWD, AWD, and 4WD vehicles - Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and batteries across all common vehicle platforms - Welcome every customer within 30 seconds and deliver a professional, transparent service experience - Review completed Service Order Ticket with every customer at checkout including the Free Top-Off Program - Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate all center staff - Build and publish weekly schedules for optimal bay coverage - Monitor daily car count, revenue, and service category performance — report variances to owner - Manage ISI POS system — all work orders, transactions, and daily close-out procedures - Manage  online booking platform - Ensure OSHA safety compliance and EPA waste disposal - Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll accurately
