• Required Qualifications: Valid, current state license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; previous inpatient rehab experience; ability to assess patient’s level of functioning, plan, and implement appropriate treatment; knowledge of safety procedures and documentation practices.
• Additional Information: Assesses patient’s level of functioning upon physician orders; participates in discharge planning; supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students; maintains patient confidentiality; documents all patient interactions accurately and timely; promotes safety and quality improvement in all aspects of care; performs all other duties as assigned.
