As a Supervision Manager Senior within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Cleveland, OH at the 1900 E. 9th Street location. Job Description Manages the team that monitors and reviews the sales practice activities of Financial Advisors on a centralized and regional level, ensuring firm compliance with all regulatory requirements and driving initiatives and independent departmental and firm projects. Collaborates with business partners including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, etc., to resolve complex matters; exhibits strong conviction and willingness to voice opinions for effective outcomes. Leads defined departmental and firm projects independently, leveraging extensive product knowledge. Manages risk and makes sound decisions based on deep understanding of industry regulations, supervisory requirements, policies, and financial services products. Inspires, engages, and promotes internal mobility by providing regular feedback; coaches and mentors others using strong interpersonal skills. Supports firm business objectives and profitability by influencing Financial Advisors (FA) to adopt practices that minimize regulatory and financial risk while safeguarding the firm’s reputation. Applies critical thinking and decision‑making skills to review supervisory responsibilities in adherence to regulatory rules and compliance policies. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on products, processes, and projects. Initiates supervision projects and actively participates to drive efficiencies and process improvements. Qualifications Competencies Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Industry Knowledge, Managing Multiple Priorities, Organizational Leadership, Products and Services, Regulatory Environment - Financial Services, Risk Management. Work Experience Typically requires a university or college degree. Higher level education such as a Master’s, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is usually required. Comparable combinations of education, certifications, and experience may also be considered. Education Bachelor’s degree. Certifications None required. Licenses Series 7, 24 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63 and 65); 4 and 53 preferred if only 24. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $100,100.00 – $185,900.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
