Mobile Diversionis a short-term stabilization service. Our primary goal is stabilizing theindividual in their current environment to avoid restrictive placements such aspsychiatric holds, hospitals, incarceration, etc. Mobile Diversion utilizes acombination of wraparound teams, support training/coaching, individual skillbuilding, resource development, crisis management training, and otherindividualized interventions to achieve stabilization. Behavior Intervention Specialist Job Responsibilities Behavior Intervention Specialists will be largely based indirect engagement with individuals within their current home environment andcentered on data collection, observation, and coaching on appropriate supports.Responsibilities include: Focuson reviewing collected data and participating in collaboration meetingsand indirect resource, program, and plan development Responsiblefor the implementation of supports around clinical and behavioral supportneeds for the individuals we serve, including plans for individuals wesupport with complex care needs Workscollaboratively with all other disciplines to ensure all needs are met forthe individuals Responsiblefor supporting the clinical team in the development of specific supportplans, and other plans and protocols as needed Attendand demonstrate the Green Zone, Ukeru, and Right Response training Position Requirements Be atleast 21 years of age Haveexperience with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities,in Supported Living, Community Protection, and/or Crisis Diversion ispreferred Havean Associate or Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related fieldpreferred (Behavior analysis, psychology, education or relateddiscipline).
