We are looking for experienced Facility Manager candidates for our Racine, WI operation.Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. (ULH), is a leading transportation and third-party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. Universal's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.* Ensure logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high service levels.* Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing company policies.* Implement and enforce OSHA standards and company safety programs.* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership on productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility performance.* Develop and manage facility budgets, including cost control for utilities, labor, and equipment.* Support audits and regulatory inspections as required.* Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in workflow efficiency, quality control, and employee engagement.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).* 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility management.* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.* Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), inventory systems, and logistics processes.* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.* Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards including OSHA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
