Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure online platforms, using video conferencing tools to facilitate effective communication.

• Assess each client’s unique needs through comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans that foster healing and growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, to help clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize the treatment and support provided to clients.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of each client's progress, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or an equivalent field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range between USD 52,000 and USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
