Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina location (Store 2723296, 2171 N Hwy 17, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466). This full or part-time role involves greeting customers, operating the register, and managing shifts. Shift Availability Flexible availability. Job Type Full or Part Time. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and running the register. Cashiering and making purchase suggestions. Leading shifts regularly and providing entry-level management experience. Maintaining store appearance inside and outside. Providing fast and friendly service to customers. Ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interacting with many customers daily and working with an energetic team. Your Key Skills Selling products to customers. Providing excellent customer care. Communicating and friendly conversation. Performing at a quick pace while having fun. Teamwork to accomplish daily goals. Problem-solving and offering suggestions. Leading a team of employees. Entry-level employee supervision. Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Entry-level management experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in your career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes in a shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift. Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder.
