Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Tustin, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or flight operations personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and aviation-related access points. Monitor and report unusual activity, property damage, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized persons according to site procedures. Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
