Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager

Job Title: Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager Classification: Exempt Reports to: Vice President of Marketing JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations, workflows, timelines, and execution of Wild Republic’s global marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. This role serves as the central coordination hub for the marketing department, helping ensure projects move on time, teams stay aligned, launches are executed successfully, and marketing priorities are organized across Creative, Ecommerce, Social, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Marketing Operations & Workflow Coordination Maintain and manage the global marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, packaging, tradeshows, and key initiatives Coordinate day-to-day marketing workflows, timelines, and project tracking Manage marketing project tracking systems including Jira and related workflow tools Track deadlines, approvals, deliverables, and project status across teams Support accountability and follow-through across active marketing initiatives Coordinate weekly marketing status updates and project reporting Campaign & Launch Coordination Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels Support launch coordination for new products, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives Ensure cross-functional alignment between Creative, Ecommerce, social media, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams Coordinate rollout timing, asset readiness, and communication across departments Help ensure campaigns and launches are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities Packaging & Product Presentation Coordination Coordinate packaging timelines, workflows, approvals, and production tracking Collect and organize product information, specifications, and launch details from Product teams Partner with Creative teams to track packaging deliverables and production deadlines Support packaging approval routing and project communication Help maintain consistency and organization across packaging projects and timelines Sales & Marketing Support Coordination Coordinate development and distribution of sales support materials including sales sheets, launch materials, signage, and product releases Support coordination of materials related to tradeshows, showrooms, and sales meetings Coordinate Business Central (BC) support needs related to marketing launches and materials Assist with internal communication related to launches and campaign rollouts Administrative Marketing Support Coordinate award submissions, marketing recognition opportunities, and supporting materials Maintain organized marketing documentation, project files, and status reporting Support follow-up, project communication, and operational organization across the department Work Environment Office Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Fulltime Required Education and Experience 3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, project management, or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms Detail-oriented with strong accountability mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
