We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. In this dynamic "floater" role, you will be the backbone of our daily warehouse operations, cross-training across multiple functions—including receiving, serialization, inventory organization, and packing. You will step in wherever support is needed most, ensuring a smooth, efficient flow of inventory from the dock to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities against bill of lading/purchase orders, and process intake in our system.
Serializing & Quality Inspection: Scan, assign, and log unique serial numbers for incoming/outgoing inventory to maintain strict tracking and compliance.
Packing & Shipping: Carefully package products to prevent transit damage, apply accurate shipping labels, and prepare outbound orders according to standard operating procedures.
Stock Organization & Inventory: Keep inventory neatly organized, labeled, and properly stored in designated locations; assist with cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Departmental Support (Floater): Adapt quickly to daily operational needs by shifting between receiving, packing, and inventory management sections as assigned.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of general warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, specifically with scanning, tracking serial numbers, and data entry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using barcode scanners or handheld devices.
Strong adaptability, a team-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or forklift operating certification is a plus.
