Records Management Specialist II Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level Department: Office Support CGS is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative. The role involves managing electronic records, delivering training, and ensuring high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Training and Development Capabilities: Experience delivering training, creating clear instructional materials, and facilitating learning sessions. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for documentation, team coordination, and end-user support. Team-Oriented with Independent Drive: Collaborative and self-motivated, capable of working independently and contributing to continuous improvement. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience focused on client satisfaction. Background in records or data management, including organization, maintenance, and retrieval of information. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related applications, such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with electronic recordkeeping systems or document management platforms. Prior training experience, including designing, writing, and facilitating training modules.
