Solutions Center Representative

We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join our Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions team. In this role, you will deliver high-touch service to valued clients, helping them navigate account inquiries, product details, and service requests.

This opportunity offers a fully supported, 5-to-6-week training program before transitioning into a flexible hybrid schedule out of our  Scottsdale (AZ) offices, with select Work-From-Anywhere (WFA) options available.

Responsibilities

This contractor opportunity supports our Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions customer service teams. Inbound Service Representatives assist clients with general account inquiries, product support, and service requests. The role includes a comprehensive training program before transitioning to a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Schedule & Location Details

• Training (Weeks 1–6):
  
  
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET (100% attendance required).
    
    
  • Format: Classroom instruction, systems practice, and live call shadowing.
    
    
• Hybrid Schedule (Post-Training):
  
  
  • In-Office: 2 required days per week (Grandview Yard or Scottsdale locations). Patterns are typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
    
    
  • Equipment & Tech Setup: All hardware provided. Work-from-home days require a direct Ethernet connection to your router ( Wi-Fi is not permitted ).
    
    
• Production Hours & Flexibility:
  
  
  • Operating hours fall between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (some departments run until 11:00 PM ET). Saturday rotation may be required based on volume.
    
    
  • Schedules are issued 2 weeks in advance. Note: Shift bidding is not available during the contractor period.
