The Associate Analyst conducts environmental and social analysis to support both equity and fixed income research platforms. The role is broad and varied, including engaging with issuers, attending industry conferences, managing and analyzing large datasets, and producing sustainability-focused research on companies, industries and thematic topics. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen alongside a clear interest in sustainability and its integration into investment decision-making. * Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic track record* 1+ years relevant equity research, investment banking, or other relevant experience (sustainability focused research experience preferred)* Demonstrable financial analysis experience* Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets and investing* Genuine interest in sustainability* Excellent written communication skills* Candidate should be highly motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively* Familiarity with AI and data-driven tools to enhance research, data analysis and workflow efficiency* Advanced Excel skills* Prior investment or relevant professional experience* Experience with market data services (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet)* CFA designation or progress towards completion* Knowledge of coding (e.g. Python, SQL)Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
