Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule

Weekends: Every other weekend; block scheduling not guaranteed.

Assignment Details

Contract length: Not specified; average daily census: 19; typical patient ratio: 1:2 (may be asked to take a 3rd patient).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Experience with ventilator care, CRRT/CVVHD, and dysrhythmia interpretation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult and geriatric population.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage changes in care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Compliance / Notes

Compliance documents due by the Tuesday prior to start; all onboarding items expected within 48 hours of contract signing. Maximum of 7 days request time off, finalized at submission; no RTO during orientation week. Major holidays must be worked as scheduled.
