GSC ERP Delivery Lead

Role Description

We are embarking on an inspiring journey of Data Driven Decisions making transformation and are searching for a passionate and experienced Delivery Lead for the ERP tower (SAP, Dynamics 365) and leading a team of talented IT professionals. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted to lead and optimize all offshore IT activities for ERP implementations and support operations across all business units. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with all business units and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and business efficiency by elevating the GSC brand and value.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivery Management
  • Responsible for Service Delivery for ERP implementations and support.
  • Establish and own development, operations, SLAs/KPIs, and metrics aligned to ERP to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
  • Drive efficiency in operations and maximize productivity.
  • Implement processes, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and develop contingency plans where necessary.
  • Conduct regular reviews of projects and compliance with internal processes.
  • Develop and govern technical Centers of Excellence for SAP, Dynamics 365.
  • Establish a business continuity plan and strategize backup for skills.
• Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and ensuring project deliverables align with expectations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and address concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and implementation/support teams.
• Team Management
  • Hire, coach, mentor, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Evaluate team performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Build SAP capabilities in-house and upskill team members to the next levels.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience of 15+ years with a minimum of 10 years of SAP, Dynamics 365 experience in several disciplines and functional areas.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager executing SAP/ERP implementations and support.
• Experience in handling multiple SAP, Dynamics 365 implementations and support projects.
• Experience with different project management methods - Agile and waterfall.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of SAP modules (FiCo, MM, WM, SD, IBP), S4 Hana/ECC, Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP, Dynamics 365 releases and industry trends.
• Experience in establishing CoE for SAP, Dynamics 365.
• Experience in a global environment in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Certifications - PMP, Agile, Prince2, SAP Certifications.
