(Minimum of 2x per day)Verify warranty and service contract coverage and administer claims for qualifying repairsFollow up with customers to ensure customer satisfactionReview completed work and charges with the customer and/or send a digital invoice for online payment.Daily collaboration with the BDC team including prompt response to customer inquiriesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicensePrevious customer service experience preferred but not requiredMust be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentFor more information on what its like to work at Van Horn visit: vhcarsrecruiting.com!Monday - Friday: 7AM - 5PM One Saturday a month: 8AM - 12PM
