Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure superior patient outcomes
• Educate both patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercise routines
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, in line with facility and regulatory requirements
• Engage actively in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specializations (e.g., neurological or geriatric) are advantageous but not essential

Skills

• Prior experience is highly desirable
• Capability to treat patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Competence in utilizing digital charting and clinical documentation frameworks
