Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Hartford

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Hartford, New Haven, and Springfield area. The role involves territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and driving sales and launch objectives for specialty immunology medicines. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and field partners to support market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities and regional goals
Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
Collaborate with regional TBMs and cross-functional teams on customer strategy coordination
Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned territory
Submit account plans and activity documentation via CRM in timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of high sales performance
Experience executing product launches
Understanding of market access and specialty pharmacy dynamics
Must reside in Hartford, New Haven, CT or Springfield, MA territory

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base annually
