Guest Service AgentHoliday Inn Express – 120 N Dixie Way, South Bend, IN 46637Part-time | Shifts available including evenings, weekends, and holidaysGuest Service Agents are the face of the hotel. You check guests in and out, handle reservations and phone calls, process payments, and keep the front desk and public areas running smoothly. You'll also support the Great Room (breakfast and light food & beverage service) and meeting rooms when needed.This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role. You work closely with the rest of the team and take ownership of the guest experience from arrival to departure.What you'll do day-to-day:Greet, register, and check guests in and out accurately and efficientlyProcess payments, handle cash, and manage billingAnswer phones and guest inquiries in a clear, helpful wayTake and update reservationsHandle guest requests and complaints to brand standardsSupport the Great Room: process food & beverage orders, keep the area clean and stocked, clear tablesSet up meeting rooms and prepare basic tea/coffee serviceKeep the front desk, lobby, and public areas neat and free of debrisPull and work arrival/departure reports and room assignmentsEnroll guests in IHG Rewards and recognize loyalty membersFollow all safety, health, and emergency proceduresRequirements:Reliable transportationAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication skills and a calm, professional presenceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (hotel systems experience is a plus)Comfortable standing and moving for most of the shiftPreferred:Previous front desk or customer service experienceFamiliarity with hotel property management systemsBenefits:Competitive hourly payFlexible scheduling optionsEmployee room discountsHealth, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on hours)Paid time offOpportunities to grow within JSK Hospitality propertiesAbout us JSK Hospitality is a South Bend-based hotel management company operating Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands across Northern Indiana.
