Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a multi-state compact license
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Strong knowledge of operating room procedures and surgical protocols
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous travel or ICU/Surgical experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as CNOR are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• At least 2 years of OR nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Prior travel nurse experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call availability required
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Competitive hourly pay rate of $58.96/hour ($88/hr on assignment) with weekly pay via direct deposit
