THE JOB:

We're looking for a Lead Retail Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience at Aria. In this role, you'll support daily store operations, assist guests with a warm and professional approach, and help ensure the store remains organized, fully stocked, and on-brand. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to lead by example will help create memorable moments for our guests well beyond their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Achieve store goals
Assist Sales Associates with questions
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping
Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1+ years of prior relevant experience in retail
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
