Title- Clinical Support Coordinator 1
Location- Remote
Duration- 3+ Months (Potential to Extend/Convert)
Shift- 8:00am to 4:30pm

PR: $20-23.00/HR

Key Responsibilities

• Support Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, and Post-Service processes.
• Work primarily on backlog cases within the Post-Service area .
• Handle inbound phone calls and provide appropriate support to providers, members, or internal teams.
• Research and update information across multiple healthcare systems.
• Move and verify information accurately from one system to another.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and data entry.
• Work with multiple applications simultaneously using a dual-monitor workstation .
• Use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phone systems, and internal healthcare applications throughout the workday.
• Manage assigned cases while meeting productivity and turnaround-time expectations.
• Participate in training and become proficient in Teams and other internal systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Work additional hours/overtime when required based on business volume and operational needs.

Required Skills

• Strong computer skills, Windows, Microsoft Office

• Strong attendance record

• Clear & effective communication & teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Call Center, handling high volume of inbound calls

• Processing high volume of data entry experience.

• Healthcare industry experience, especially Medical Assistant experience.

Education Requirements:

• Prefer seeing tenure on resume vs. frequent short stints, like to see related healthcare experience.

• Requires High School diploma. Like to see additional degrees, schooling

Software Skills Required:

• Ability to effectively and efficiently use Windows based PC, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to quickly become proficient in-house software.
