Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid licensure or eligibility for state certification as a School Psychologist in Georgia
• Demonstrated experience providing assessments, counseling, and behavioral support within an educational setting
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners, including those with special needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct support and counseling to students experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Consult with teachers and parents regarding intervention strategies and student support
• Participate actively in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Student Support Team (SST) meetings
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with district and state guidelines
