Document Processor $18.00 per hour 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) Monday-Friday
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is looking for a Document Processing Operator at our Fort Worth, TX facility, to support leadership ensuring that all daily production goals, quality standards and service levels are met. All associates work extended hours during January peak season (hours can be flexible) Your Responsibilities:- Processing documents for scanning, batching, and data entry duties.
- Strong focus and attention to detail and observing the process for quality and accuracy in the documents and report specific findings to the Lead or Supervisor.
- Perform end to end document processing across all process functions for daily payroll checks.
- Demonstrate high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality standards to minimize rework.
- Safely operate mailing center automated equipment; to include troubleshooting and escalation any problems to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.
- Be a good communicator and escalate observed issues timely and appropriately.
