RN - MedSurg

Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg - 12 Hour Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled. Required to work every other weekend, with a preference for grouped Friday shifts.

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients in a MedSurg setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide patient-centered care in a MedSurg environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including post-surgical cases.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and management for patient care decisions.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in MedSurg nursing preferred.
• Comfortable managing various patient diagnoses, including palliative and hospice care.
• Willingness to work with both 'clean' and 'dirty' patient assignments.
