Clinical Program Manager
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the execution and management of clinical trials for its oncology portfolio. The role involves cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and study documentation within established budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical trial execution and management while adhering to SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Provide oversight and guidance to clinical study teams on timelines and budgets
- Collaborate across functions to manage timelines, budgets, and risk contingency planning
- Supervise data quality metrics, query resolution, and vendor coordination
- Lead cross-functional clinical study execution teams with minimal senior support
Requirements
- RN or Bachelor's/Master's degree in biological sciences or health-related field
- 8+ years direct clinical operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- 4+ years cross-functional study management or leadership in life sciences
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice
- Demonstrated experience starting up, managing, and closing clinical trials
- Experience selecting and managing contract research organizations and vendors
