Senior Clinical Program Manager

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Clinical Program Manager to lead and oversee clinical trial execution across multiple oncology studies. Responsibilities

• Lead clinical study execution teams and manage trial operations across designated programs
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Conduct risk management, scenario planning, and contingency development for clinical programs
• Manage data quality metrics, query resolution, and vendor/CRO relationships
• Develop and contribute to study protocols and clinical operations documentation

Requirements

• RN or Bachelor's/Master's degree in biological sciences or health-related field
• 10+ years direct clinical operations experience in pharma or biotech
• 6+ years cross-functional study management experience
• Expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical standard operating procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex clinical trials independently
• Strong project management and vendor oversight skills
