This team supports senior technology leadership across financial management, strategic planning, governance, operational performance, and executive reporting. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Transformation, Data Strategy, PMO, Risk, Compliance, Audit, HR, and Business Continuity teams to help the technology organization execute key priorities across the Americas.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead technology budget preparation, forecasting, expense analysis, and financial tracking across a large technology organization.
• Partner closely with Finance to analyze technology expenditures, identify budget variances, and clearly explain key financial drivers.
• Coordinate consultant requests, headcount requisitions, onboarding, and workforce-related financial tracking.
• Develop executive-level presentations, management reporting, and materials for senior leadership and regulatory discussions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards used to monitor technology KPIs, KRIs, financial performance, and operational priorities.
• Partner with the central PMO on financial transactions and reporting across the broader IT portfolio.
• Work with Procurement to analyze third-party technology vendors, contracts, and associated expenditures.
• Support internal control partners including Risk, Compliance, Audit, HR, and Business Continuity on departmental requirements and escalations.
• Contribute to Total Cost of Ownership initiatives and broader technology transformation efforts.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the IT Business Management function.
• Manage ad hoc projects, executive communications, and portfolio reporting while balancing changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Technology Business Management and Financial Analysis?

• 10+ years of experience in business management, technology financial management, IT finance, or a closely related function within financial services or consulting.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, variance reporting, and financial management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
• Strong ability to develop executive-ready presentations and communicate complex financial or technology information clearly.
• Experience working with technology organizations and a strong understanding of the broader IT landscape.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting diverse senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a changing, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Visio is preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or TBM/Apptio is a plus.
• Experience with Total Cost of Ownership, technology portfolio management, vendor spend analysis, or IT financial governance is highly desirable.
