Your Role & Responsibilities: Assisting in patient exams, treatments, and surgical procedures Monitoring and caring for hospitalized patients Restraint and handling for exams, blood draws, and procedures Performing in-house diagnostics (radiographs, bloodwork, fecal analysis) Administering medications under veterinary supervision Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and exam areas Providing compassionate client communication and education About You: At least one year of experience as a veterinary assistant Passionate about animal care and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of patient care Team-oriented and adaptable, with excellent communication skills Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Schedule & Hours: Flexible shifts with a minimum of one Saturday per month Hospital Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM Closed daily for lunch from 1 PM – 2 PM Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay with quarterly bonus opportunities Generous paid time off and sick days Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k, Several Ancillary Benefits Uniform allowance and continuing education opportunities Employee pet care discounts Supportive management and a positive work culture Join Our Team!
