Texan Roots Insurance is seeking a commercially focused insurance professional who understands that business insurance is about more than a policy. It is about learning how a business works, listening closely to the owner, and helping protect the people, property, income, and momentum they have worked hard to build.

Commercial insurance is a specialty within our producer career path. Depending on your current licenses, commercial experience, and demonstrated readiness, this opening may align with the Associate Producer or Senior Producer track. Senior Producer is the long-term producer role and requires active Texas Property & Casualty and Life licenses.

You will join a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency led by Wade Fieber, whose background includes sales leadership, business strategy, coaching, and client relationships. We are building a team that combines high standards with a practical, service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and referral partners.

•Lead thoughtful commercial Property & Casualty conversations within your current authority.

•Keep follow-up, customer next steps, and documentation organized.

•Learn each client’s business, goals, and protection needs.

•Partner with the team on broader business, personal, and Life protection opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements

•Current Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required.

•Commercial insurance experience, a strong commercial network, or a clear record of serving small-business owners.

•A consultative style, business curiosity, and disciplined follow-through.

•Texas Life licensing is valued; active Texas Property & Casualty and Life licenses are required for the Senior Producer track.

•A commitment to honest guidance, reliable service, and following applicable standards.
