Business Intelligence Data Analyst

The Role TrakMotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform our vast data landscape into actionable insights. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between complex data systems and our strategic business units. You aren’t just building reports; you are designing the visual narratives that allow our leadership to see the why behind the numbers. From architecting interactive dashboards to performing deep-dive data validation, your work ensures that every department—from Supply Chain to Sales—operates with a single version of the truth. This is an ideal role for a data professional who enjoys the detective work of cleaning and transforming datasets and thrives in a collaborative environment where their analytical solutions directly influence global operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Design, gather requirements, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various organization departments Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, third party tools, customer portals, etc.) Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions Develop documentation of procedures and process flows for key reports, data flows and business processes performed by the department Support the maintenance of internal company databases and files Conduct due diligence analysis and validation of various internal and external data related exercises Qualifications Must Haves Don’t let Desired Experience dissuade you from applying. Pay Band Pay Band: $70,600 - $93,800 Physical Demands & Requirements Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
