About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to take the lead in transforming the organization's category leadership into a robust pipeline, increased revenue, and expanded market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for worldwide pipeline generation across all online channels, with a focus on demand generation, content, social, and marketing operations. This role demands a visionary leader who can challenge traditional B2B marketing practices and is adept at building and executing distribution strategies, overseeing SEO/AEO, and capitalizing on cultural moments and trends. The VP will also be tasked with designing and running creative experiments, ensuring the brand is represented authentically, and running marketing operations with a strong emphasis on data, lead handoffs, and trusted attribution. Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership role focused on demand generation, growth, or performance marketing. A proven track record in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS companies, particularly in technical buyer categories, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online landscape, be highly engaged with internet culture, and demonstrate a strong proficiency in leveraging AI for marketing purposes. While experience in cybersecurity or data security is a plus, a strong curiosity and a fast learning ability are considered more important.
