Position Summary As our entry-level Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the personal face and voice of our brand across the local market. You will own the moving pieces that turn a strategy on paper into a vibrant, face-to-face experience that customers actually stop at, engage with, and remember. This role blends live hospitality, relationship building, and real-world marketing hustle—no digital ad management or sitting behind a desk coding campaigns all day. Key Responsibilities Live Event Marketing & Brand Activation Lead Face-to-Face Engagement: Act as our primary brand ambassador at local events, trade shows, and community activations, interacting directly with the public to drive brand awareness. Coordinate the Customer Journey: Arrange physical booth environments, banners, and real-world promotional displays that naturally welcome crowds and spark lively conversations. Deliver Premium Hospitality: Warmly welcome guests, answer product or service questions on the spot, and ensure every person walks away with an excellent impression of our clients. Gather Real-Time Feedback: Speak directly with attendees to understand consumer interest, taking live notes on customer reactions to help us optimize future local campaigns. Relationship Management & Promotion Build Local Connections: Introduce our brand to local business partners, venues, and community leaders face-to-face to coordinate upcoming promotional schedules. Pitch Creative Ideas: Collaborate closely with the internal team on experiential ideas that boost foot traffic, live crowd buzz, and face-to-face interactions. Manage Takeaway Inventory: Curate and organize our inventory of physical promotional items, flyers, and premium giveaways so you are always fully equipped to impress an audience. Qualifications A Natural "People Person": An outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor. You thrive in high-energy social settings and love building genuine rapport with strangers instantly. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking instincts—you know how to tell a story and keep an audience engaged. Entry-Level Focused: 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face sales (great internships, academic projects, or campus leadership count!). Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working dynamic hours, including evenings and weekends during peak public event seasons.
