What you'll bring:

• Valid SLPA licensure in California
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of providing speech-language services under the guidance of a licensed SLP
• Passion for working with children and adolescents of diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated skills in progress documentation and collaboration with educators
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as directed by an SLP
• Implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Accurately document student progress and maintain session records
• Support classroom teachers in integrating speech-language strategies
• Communicate frequently with faculty, parents, and supervising SLPs
• Contribute positively to a caring, student-focused school environment

Pay ranges from $35-42 per hour, based on your experience and background.
