Program Specialist
Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa
The Program Specialist oversees the implementation of BGCA and other approved programs as well as the design and evaluation of locally designed programs targeted primary for school age children and/or teens. The P.S. oversees the curriculum development and outcome management of these programs. They ensure proper staffing, training, equipment, and support of all programs in designated Club site. *Must be over 21 years of age to work for this Club location.
