Funds Specialist

What You’ll Do Prepare and submit SEC filings via the EDGAR system, including Forms N‑1A, N‑2, N‑14, and Proxy Statements. Format and convert documents into SEC‑compliant formats such as HTML, XBRL, and iXBRL. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to gather required disclosures and supporting documentation. Ensure all filings are accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with SEC regulations and deadlines. Review and proofread filings for consistency, completeness, and adherence to SEC guidelines. Maintain organized records of filings, correspondence, and regulatory submissions. Stay current on SEC filing requirements, EDGAR updates, and regulatory developments. Who You Are Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with SEC filings and EDGAR filing procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and SEC filing software, preferably Workiva. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Highly preferred: 10+ years of SEC regulatory filing experience, especially within investment funds or asset management. Demonstrated ownership of filings and end‑to‑end regulatory projects. Experience building collaborative relationships across teams. A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a professional working style. Compensation Non‑sales positions: $40.67 – $73.27 per hour. Salary ranges may vary by location and experience. Bonus and incentive programs are available for eligible roles. Benefits Personal Time Off (PTO) for hourly employees, accrued each pay period.
