Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse in Zanesville, Ohio. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical environment. The role requires flexibility to accommodate a rotating call schedule, including weekday, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities, with shifts primarily scheduled for daytime hours. The nurse may also be asked to float to nearby surgical centers as needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM 5:30 PM), with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, a minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience, Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency, Ohio licensure or eligible, and flexibility to start on 08/03/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Robotic surgery, Neuro, and Orthopedic experience
• Additional Information: The assignment includes a rotating call schedule with weekday, weekend, and potential holiday call responsibilities. Some variability in shift hours may occur based on patient census and staffing needs. The facility reserves the right to cancel hours up to 36 hours per 13-week contract, which may involve shifts longer than 12 hours. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and included in the confirmation documentation. The start and end dates of the assignment must match the official offer. The candidate may need to float to additional surgical centers as required.
