We are currently seeking a QA Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

QA Lead (Data Platform)

Role Overview

The Test Engineer will validate data pipelines, platform functionality, integrations, and analytics solutions delivered within the Databricks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test strategies and test plans.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate ETL and ELT pipelines.
• Perform data reconciliation testing.
• Automate testing processes where appropriate.
• Track and manage defects.

Success Measures

• High test coverage achieved.
• Defects identified early in delivery lifecycle.
• Stable production releases.

Essential Skills

• End-to-end testing experience.
• SQL validation and data testing.
• Test automation tools.
• Defect management processes.

Desirable Skills

• Databricks testing experience.
• PySpark validation skills.
• AWS testing environments.
